CHAPTER 572.


AN ACT to change the boundary line between Trappe


election district, or district No. 3, and Easton election


district or district No. 1, in Talbot County.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That the liues betweeu electiou district No. 3,

known as Trappe district and election district No. 1, known

districts.

as Easton district, as now laid down, be changed, and that


the line which shall hereafter divide said districts shall be


as follows : Beginning at the mouth of Trippe's Creek and


running up Trippe's Creek and the north branch thereof,


thence with said north branch of Trippe's Creek to a point


at or near the residence of Mrs. James P. Hambleton,


known as Waterloo, from thence, nearly east with the road


leading from said Mrs. Hambleton's residence to a point on


the public road leading from Hambleton to Dover Bridge,


at or near Iveytown colored church, theuce with said road


until it intersects the present dividing line between Easton


and Trappe districts, then following the line as now laid to


the Choptank River.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty of


the officers of registration of the first precinct of Trappe

officers of

qualified voters on the registration book thereof, names of

registra-
tion

all persons residing within the limits hereof of that portion


of said Trappe district hereby placed in said Easton district


and commonly known as Baily's Neck and who shall here-


after be entitled to vote in Easton election district or dis-


trict No. one.

CHAPTER 573.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, sections
twenty-six and twenty-seven of article sixty-five of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Militia," sub-title
"Maryland National Guard."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
