election districts number two, three and seven and the third


to be composed of election districts number six, eight and


nine, and each of said commissioner district shall be entitled


to one commissioner only of the board of county commis-


sioners and in no event thall two commissioners be elected


from the same commissioner district.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 570.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section


136 of article 5, 182 of article 9 and 112 of article 19 of the


Code of Public Local Laws, of the respective titles, "Cal-


vert County, Charles Couuty and St. Mary's County," and


under the sub-title "Terrapins, &c.," the said respective


sections being an enactment in one chapter and applicable


to the three counties aforesaid.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That section 136 of article 5, section 182 of article


9 and section 112 of article 19 of the Code of Public Local

Repealed
and

Laws, titles "Calvert County, Charles County and St.

re-enacted.

Mary's County," sub-title "Terrapins," the said respective


sections being one enactment applicable in common to all


of said counties, be and the same are hereby repealed and


re-enacted with amendments so as to read as follows :


136. Article 5, 182 article 9 and 112, article 19 Code of


Public Local Laws. It shall be lawful for the bona fide

Terrapins.

citizens of Calvert, Charles and St. Mary's Counties, to


catch terrapins in the waters of said counties between the


first day of September and the first day of May.
