CHAPTER 566.


AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners.


of Montgomery County to levy a sum of money to refund


to Samuel Riggs of R., of said county, the amount of taxes


paid in error.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Taxes

Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Montgomery

refunded

County be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to


levy for the use of Samuel Riggs of R., of said county, the


sum of sixty-four dollars and fifteen cents, the amount of


county taxes paid by him in error for the year eighteen hun-


dred and eighty -three, eighteen hundred and eighty-four,


eighteen hundred and eighty-five, eighteen hundred and


eighty-six, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, eighteen


hundred and eighty -eight, eighteen hundred and eighty-


nine, and eighteen hundred and ninety.


Approved April 7th, 1892.


CHAPTER 567.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 93


of article eighty-one of the Code of Public General Laws,


title "Revenue and Taxes."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That section ninety -three of article eighty-one of

Amend-
ment.

the Code of Public General Laws, be and the same is hereby


repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to read as

follows :


93. Each member of the appeal tax court shall receive

Salaries.

two hundred dollars annually for the services required in the


four preceding sections of this article, and the register of


the city of Baltimore the sum of three hundred dollars for


the services therein required of him : the said sums to be paid


by the treasurer on the warrant of the comptroller.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

from the date of its passage.
