CHAPTER 536.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections


seven hundred and forty-one, seven hundred and forty-


four, seven hundred and forty-five, seven hundred and


forty-six, and seven hundred and forty -seven, of the Code


of Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title


" City of Baltimore," sub title " Police."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
