County aforesaid, a full statement shall be made of the con-


dition of said sinking fund and the securities thereof.


7. The money arising from the sale of said bonds shall be

be drawn out only by check or warrant of said board and


countersigned by at least three of said depositors, and in


drawing checks or warrants relating to the affairs of said


county signatures shall only be attached thereto in session


of said board and when the body of said checks or warrants


shall have been filled in.


8. The bonds of said Prince George's County heretofore

as issued for issue by authority of chapter one hundred and


twenty-one of the acts of eighteen hundred and ninety and


now in custody of the county commissioners of said county ,


shall be taken from their place of deposit before the bonds


authorized by this act shall have been put upon the market


for sale, and counted by the clerk of the county commis-


sioners in the presence of said commissioners and of the


treasurer of said county, and after having been so counted


they shall be publicly burned and destroyed.


9. The coupons for the several semi-annual instalments
