WHEREAS, Louis H. Rehn as such collector and treasurer

has for the years 1890 and 1891 collected and paid over to

the said State on account of said " License Fees " the sum
|
|
|
|
|
of $2,455.25; and
|
|
|
|
|
WHEREAS, there is no provision in said act for an allow-
|
|
|
|
|
ance to the collector and treasurer of said city to retain a
|
|
|
|
|
commission on said sum of money for collecting the same ;
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
|
|
Maryland, That the comptroller of this State be and he is

hereby authorized and directed to draw his warrant upon
