AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and twenty-eight,

Laws of Maryland, entitled "Corporations," sub -title

"Insurance Department " and to enact the same with
|
|
|
|
|
amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
|
|
Maryland, That section one hundred and twenty-eight, of
|
Repealed
|
|
|
|
article twenty-three, of the Code of Public General Laws,
of Maryland entitled " Corporations " sub-title " Insurance
|
and re-
enacted.
|
|
|
|
Department," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-en-
|
|
|
|
|
acted so as to read as follows :

|
|
|
|
128. Organizations, as described in section 127, other
than fraternal orders issuing certificates for the payment of
