CHAPTER 486.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section


two of chapter 332 of the acts of the General Assembly of


eighteen hundred and ninety, entitled " An act to regu-


late the measurement of peas, beans and other farm


products."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That section two of chapter 332 of the acts of the

and re-enacted with amendments, so as to read as follows :

plied with ; and upon the conviction of any person or


corporation under the provisions of this act, one-half of the


fine imposed shall be paid to said inspector of weights, and


any measures of the city of Baltimore.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
