any road designated to be macadamized shall be within


the road given to any road supervisor, the portion so to be


macadamized shall be deducted from the road under the


control of such supervisors, and shall be nuder the exclusive


control of the commissioners of the respective collection dis-


tricts of said county. When a county commissioner shall be


engaged in superintending the construction of macadamized


roads as hereinbefore provided, he shall receive the same


compensation that is paid the road supervisors of said county.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

CHAPTER 464.


AN ACT to prohibit all persons other thau residents of


Anne Arundel County, from fishing with seine or net of


any kind, in the waters of Marley creek and Furnace


creek.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That no person, other than residents of Anne

Fishing in

Arundel County shall fish at any time with seine or net of

Marley
Creek, &c

any kind in the waters of Marley creek and Furnace creek,


lying wholly within the limits of Anne Arundel County


without the consent of one or more persons owning land


bordering on said Marley creek and Furnace creek.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any person violating the


provisions of the preceding section, upon conviction thereof


before any justice of the peace in Anne Arundel County,

Penalty

shall pay a fine not to exceed twenty dollars ; one-half of


said fine shall shall go to the officer making the arrest, and


the other half to the public school fund of said county.


SEC. 2. Se it enacted, That this act shall take effect from


the date of its passage.

Effective.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section
two hundred and twenty-seven of article ninety-three of
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Testamentary Law," sub-title "Orphans' Court."
