CHAPTER 443.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, section

CHAPTER 444.

AN ACT to authorize and require the County Commis-
sioners of Somerset County to have placed and keep on
the several lines to which it may be lawful to use, scoops,
scrapes and dredges or any similar instrument to take or
catch oysters in the waters of the Annamessex, Monokin
and Wicomico Rivers in said county, such buoys or other
marks as may be necessary to plainly designate said
lines, and to levy upon the assessable property of Somerset
County such sum or sums not exceeding one hundred
and fifty dollars, as may be necessary for this purpose.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
