CHAPTER 439.


AN ACT to refund to Emanuel Yeiser late collector of


taxes for the third collection district of Carroll County


the sum of one hundred and nine dollars and thirty-eight


cents for money paid into the treasury of the State in


excess of the amount due by him for State taxes, for


eighteen hundred and eighty-five, eighteen hundred and


eighty-six, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, eighteen


hundred and eighty-eight, and eighteen hundred and


eighty-nine.


SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That the comptroller be and he is hereby directed

to issue his warrant upon the treasurer for one hundred and


nine dollars and thirty -eight cents to pay Emanuel Yeiser


for money paid by him into the treasury, as collector of


taxes for the third collection district of Carroll County for


the year eighteen hundred and eighty -five, eighteen hundred


and eighty-six, eighteen hundred and eighty -seven, eighteen


hundred and eighty-eight, and eighteen hundred and eighty-


nine, in excess of the amount due by him as collector


aforesaid.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

AN ACT to amend article ninety-three of the Code of Pub-


lic General Laws relating to "Testamentary Law" sub-


title " Administration," by adding thereto an additional


section to be designated section thirty-two A.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland. That the following section be and the same is
