to make it a customary place of visitation or resort, may at


any time, on indictment and conviction, be revoked by the


Circuit Court for Allegany County, and the same person


shall not again be licensed within two years of the time of


such revocation.


L. Any person doing business under a license issued

under the provisions of this act, shall not permit any other

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all acts or parts of acts

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

from the date of its passage ; provided, however, that all


licenses in force at the time of the adoption of this act shall


continue in force until the first day of May eighteen hun-


dred and ninety-two, and provided, further that nothing


contained in this act shall apply to cases pending nor to the


violations of the law which shall have occurred prior to the


adoption of this act, but all such cases and violations shall


be prosecuted as if this act had not been passed and adopted.
