AN ACT to repeal sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13,


14, 15 and 16, of an act of the General Assembly of


Maryland, passed at its January session, eighteen hun-


dred and eighty -eight, chapter two hundred and ninety-


five, entitled "An Act to Incorporate the Town of Hamp-


stead, Carroll County.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13,

14, 15 and 16, of the act passed at its January session,


eighteen hundred and eighty -eight, entitled "An Act to


Incorporate the Town of Hampstead, Carroll County," be

resided within the corporate limits of said town for six
