AND WHEREAS, the said '' The Monumental Social Club

of Baltimore City," have acquired certain real estate lying

in Baltimore County by two deeds, one dated the 17th day

of July, 1890, and recorded among the land records of said

county in Liber J. W. S., No. 181, folio 37, &c., and the
|
|
|
|
|
other dated the 13th day of March, 1891, and recorded

among said land records in Liber J. W. S., No. 185, folio

358, &c.;

AND WHEREAS, it is the intention of this act to correct
|
|
|
|
|
the omission and make perfect the said certificate of incor-
|

poration of the said, " The Monumental Social Club of

Baltimore City," and to vest and confirm the title of the
|
|
|
|
|
said real estate in the said, " The Monumental Social Club
|
|
|
|
|
of Baltimore City : "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
|
|
Maryland, That the omission of the names of the incor-
|
|
|
|
|
porators of "The Monumental Social Club of Baltimore
|
Effect
|
|
|
|
City," in the said certificate of incorporation of the said
|
cured.
|
|
|
|
" Monumental Social Club of Baltimore City," executed on
|
|
|
|
|
the 23rd day of June, 1890, and recorded among the land
|
|
|
|
|
records of Baltimore City in Liber J. B. , No. 28, folio 157,
|
|
|
|
|
&c. , be and the same is hereby corrected and the said cer-
|
|
|
|
|
tificate perfected and the conveyance of the said real estate
|
|
|
|
|
to the said incorporation is hereby ratified and confirmed,
|
|
|
|
|
and the title to the same, vested in said corporation as
|
|
|
|
|
fully as if the said omission in said certificate of incor-
|
|
|
|
|
poration had not been made.
|
|
|
|
|
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
|
|
|
|
|
from the date of its passage.
|
