AN ACT to repeal section two hundred and thirty-six of

of Maryland, relating to the city of Westminster, in Car-

roll County, as amended by section two hundred and
|
|
|
|
|
thirty-six, chapter two hundred and ninety two, of the
|
|
|
|
|
acts of 1890, and to re-enact the same in an amended form.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

|
|

Maryland, That section two hundred and thirty-six of article

and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to

read as follows :

236. The mayor or common council of Westminster, shall

have full power and authority to regulate and provide for

companies and agencies located in or doing business in said
