SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

thirty-eight, thirty-nine, forty-two and forty-three of the

|
|
|
same article title " Miiitia," sub-title. " Maryland National
|
|
|
|
Guard," and to add new sections thereto under the desig-
|
|
|
|
nation of sections forty-five, forty-six, forty -seven, forty-
|
|
|
|
eight and forty -nine.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
|
Maryland, That section ten of article sixty -five of the Code
|

of Public General Laws, title "Millitia," sub-title "Com-
|

missions," and sections thirty -eight, thirty-nine, forty-two

repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :
