AN ACT to pay John Murphy and Company a sum of money

for supplies furnished by them to State Tobacco Ware-

house number two.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
|
Maryland, That the comptroller of the treasury be
|

and he is hereby authorized to draw his warrant on the

treasurer in favor of John Murphy and Company for the

|
|
|
sum of fifty-one dollars and fifteen cents, being the amount

certified to be due them by the Tobacco Inspector of State

Tobacco Warehouse number two, to whom furnished on

|
|
|
account of supplies furnished by them, and the treasurer be
|
|
|
|
and he is hereby directed to pay said sum from any moneys
|
|
|
|
in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, said supplies
|
|
|
|
having been furnished to said warehouse during the year
|
|
|
|
eighteen hundred and eighty-five.
|
|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
