FRANK BROWN, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR. 505

Frederick and Pennsylvania Line Railroad, thence south
nine and thirty-five sixteenths degrees west one hundred and
fifty-three and one-fourth perches to a stake by the side of a
stone fence, it being the south line of Charles B. Font's
property, thence by and with the south side of said fence
south eighty and one-half degrees east thirty and six-tenths
perches to a small walnut tree marked and standing at the
end of the sixth line of the city limits as the same were
located under the act of the General Assembly of Maryland,
chapter 540, passed April 5th, 1888, thence by and with the
lines as the same were then located south forty degrees east
twenty-six perches to the south side of the Frederick and
Monocacy turnpike roads, this point being at the south-east
corner of Zeiglersville, thence by and with the south side of
said turnpike road south sixty-four degrees west, twenty-six
and two-tenths perches, south fifty-nine and three-fourths
degrees west, twenty perches, thence south twenty-five east
forty-nine and thirty-six one-hundredths perches to a stake
planted within one hundred yards of the stone bridge on the
Baltimore and Frederick-town turnpike road, thence south
forty and one-half degrees east, twenty-nine and one-half
perches to the south side of said turnpike road to within
sixteen perches of the east end of the stone bridge aforesaid,
thence south fifty degrees west eighty-one and six-tenths
perches to a locust tree standing at the intersection of
O'Leary's lane with the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, thence
south forty-seven and one-half degrees west, eighty and
eight-tenths perches to the northern boundary line of the
John Loats farm, thence by and with said line, it also being
the southern boundary line of the Maryland School for the
Deaf and Dumb, west, eighty-five and one-half perches to
the east side of south Market street, and with the east side
thereof south eight and one-fourths degrees west, forty
and two-tenths perches to a stake east of the south-east
corner of Mount Olivet Cemetery, thence south eighty-
one and one-half degrees west, twenty-four and six-tenths
perches ending in said cemetery, thence north ten degrees
east, forty and eighteen one-hundreth, perches to a stake,
thence north sixty-one degrees west, eighteen perches to
the eastern limits of Lynch and Orendorff's addition to
Frederick, thence by and with the eastern limits thereof
south forty-three and one-half degrees west, fourteen perches
to a stake, south thirty-five and one-half degrees west,
twenty and fifteen one-hundreths perches to a stake at the
south-east corner of said addition, thence by and with the
southern limits thereof north sixty-one and one-fourth
degrees west, one hundred and thirty-two and eight-tenths
perches, north twenty-seven and one-half degrees east thirty-
