never be divided among the members of the corporation, but

CHAPTER 327.


AN ACT to authorize and require the County Commission-


ers of Somerset County to levy for and pay to the judges


of the Orphans' Court of Somerset County, the same mile-


age as is now allowed to the county commissioners by the


Code of Public General Laws of Maryland.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
