CHAPTER 317.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section


thirty -nine of article one of the Code of Public Local


Laws, title " Allegany County," sub-title " County Treas-


urer," and to add three new sections to said article to fol-


low immediately after section thirty-nine, to be designated


as section thirty-nine A, thirty-nine B, and thirty-nine C.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of


Maryland, That section thirty -nine of article one of the Code

said county, who shall hold his office until his successor is
