SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the exemption under

to the approval of the commander-in-chief of the Maryland

National Guard and be commissioned by him. A report

shall be filed annually with the Adjutant-General of the

|
State as to the general condition of the corps.

|
|
|
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

AN ACT to repeal the first and third sections of the article

of incorporation of the Hillsborongh Methodist Episcopal

Church South and to re-enact the first section with

|

amendments.

|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
|
|
Maryland, That section first and third of the articles of
|

incorporation of the Hillsborough Methodist Episcopal
|
ment.

|
|
|
Church South, in Caroline County State of Maryland,
|
|
|
|
|
incorporated under the General Incorporation Laws of Mary-
|
|
|
|
|
land, be, and the same are hereby repealed and the first
|
|
|
|
|
section be and is hereby re-enacted so as to read as follows:
|
|
|
|
|
FIRST, The trustees shall be responsible to the quarterly
|
|
|
|
|
conference which shall have power to dismiss them from
|

office in accordance with the provisions of the book of dis-
