nated 86 A, 86 B, to read as follows :


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That the eighty-sixth section of article seventeen

Commissioners " be and the same is hereby repealed and


re-enacted so as to read as follows, and that one additional

86. The five County Commissioners for Prince George's

years " and said ballots shall be uniform in size aud on


paper in every respect similar, and after having been so


marked shall be folded respectively alike and placed in a


box to be drawn therefrom ; after having "so folded and


placed in said box each member of said Board of County


Commissioners shall draw from said box one ballot and the


term of years written on such ballot shall determine the
