by said committee and certified by them to the County Com-


missioners under the provisions of this act, and from the


decision of said committee or a majority thereof there shall


be no appeal but the same shall be final and conclusive and


further that in making up the amount of said claims the


said committee shall not consider or include in their esti-


mate any costs or expense which may have been incurred


by any claimant in prosecuting his her or its claim against


said railroad company, any vacancy occuriug in said com-


mittee by death removal or otherwise shall be filled by the


County Commissioners of Talbot County.


SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the County Commission-


ers of Talbot County, be and they are hereby authorized and

eral Laws, title ''Health," sub-title "Practitioners of


Medicine " and to additional sections thereto to be desig-


nated as sections, forty -nine, fifty, fifty-one and fifty two.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
