CHAPTER 288.


AN ACT to sanction the bequest of John Young of C., to the


Evangelical Lutheran Church of Frederick of the residue


of the testator's estate, to be applied to the Evangelical


Lutheran Sunday School of Frederick City, Frederick


County, Maryland.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

CHAPTER 290.


AN ACT to carry into effect section one of article seven of


the coustitution of Maryland, so far as the same relates


to Carroll County, and to repeal section 18 of article seven,


Code of Public Local Laws, title " Carroll County," sub-


title " County Commissioners," and to re-enact the same


with amendments.


SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That section eighteen of article seven, Code of

Amend-
ment.

Commissioners," be and the same is hereby repealed and


re-enacted so as to read as follows :


SEC. 18. There shall be three County Commissioners for


Carroll County, and of the three commissioners elected to
