CHAPTER 275.


AN ACT to repeal section two hundred and forty-nine of arti-


cle ninety-three of the Code of Public General Laws of Mar-


yland, title "Testamentary Law," sub-title "Orhhans'


Court," and to re-enact the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

tively, in cases in their courts.
