CHAPTER 275.

AN ACT to repeal section two hundred and forty-nine of arti-

cle ninety-three of the Code of Public General Laws of Mar-

yland, title "Testamentary Law," sub-title "Orhhans'

Court," and to re-enact the same with amendments.

counties, as Courts of Equity, and the judges of the Orphans'

Court and Register of Wills shall have the same authority

to order, issue and attest such process respectively as the

judges and clerks of said Circuit Courts now have respec-

tively, in cases in their courts.
