AN ACT authorizing the treasurer to pay to the personal


representative of the late John S. Gittings, deceased, the


amount of a bond or bonds, certificate or certificates,


which the State has called for redemption, and which is


claimed to have been lost.


WHEREAS, it appears from the dividend books, that two


thousand dollars of the State debt were issued under chapter
