SEC. 412. The bailiff shall make all collections required


of him within six months from the time the tax list is


placed in his hands, and shall pay the same over to the


clerk as collected, and which said clerk shall hold, together


with all the moneys received by him subject to the order of


the council.


SEC. 413. The bailiff shall attend the meetings of the

prevent disorderly or irregular meetings of persons, and he


shall enforce all ordinances that may be enacted by the


council.


SEC. 413 A. The bailiff shall have the same fees for

and when, the bailiff wilfully fails to discharge any duty of
