necessary and proper to record satisfaction of all judgments

or demands of the State against said sureties, and their

legal representatives and devisees or legatees of any of

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That upon the payment

CHAPTER 208.
|
|
|
|
AN ACT to add an additional section to article 21 of the
|
|
|
|
Code of Public Local Laws of this State, title " Talbot
|
|
|
|
County," to be sub-titled " State's Attorney."
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
|

Maryland, That the following section be, and the same is
hereby added to article 21 of the Code of Public Local
|
|
|
|
Laws, title " Talbot County," under sub-title " State's At-
|
|
|
|
torney " and to be known as section 237.
|
|
|
|
SEC. 237. Be it enacted, That the County Commissioners
|
|
|
|
in addition to the appearance fees allowed by law to the
|
|
|

State's Attorney, shall allow such State's Attorney such

trial fees in cases, before the Circuit Court of said county
|
|
|
appearance

and before justices of the peace of said county, as they may
|

think just and proper, and shall make a levy for the same ;

provided however that the aggregate of such fees, appear-

ance and trial, shall not exceed the sum of fifteen hundred
|
|
|
|
dollars in any one year.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
