said sections contained shall be construed to authorize said

club to issue any license for the sale of spirituous or fer-

mented liquors or lager beer in said county, by any person

from whom the grand jury of said county have heretofore

recommended or may hereafter recommend that a license be
|
|
|
|
withheld ; or by any person whose license may have been or
|
|
|
|
may hereafter be suppressed by the court.
|
|
|
|
SEC. 311 H. Nothing in this act contained shall be con-
|
|
|
|
strued as relating to the sale of liquors and lager beer on

AN ACT to regulate fishing with hook and line in the waters
|
|
|
|
of Back River, Seneca Creek, Seneca River, Salt Petre
|
|
|
|
River and Middle River and their tributaries in Balti-
|
|
|
|
more County.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
|
Maryland, That it shall be unlawful for any person to fish
|

with hook and line from any boat or float of any kind in the

waters of Back River, Seneca Creek, Seneca River, Salt

River, &c.

|
Petre River and Middle River and their tributaries in Bal-

timore County from the first day of November to the first
|
|
|
|
day of April in each and every year ; and any person so
|
|
|
|
fishing in said waters shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and
|
|
|
|
upon conviction thereof before any justice of the peace of
|
|
|
|
the State of Maryland in and for Baltimore County of hav-
|
|
|
|
ing violated the provisions of this section, shall pay a fine
|
|
|
|
of not less than ten dollars, nor more than thirty dollars
|
|
|
|
for each and every offence ; one-third of said fine to be
|
|
|
|
paid to the informer, one-third to the constable or other
|
