CHAPTER 201.


AN ACT to add additional sections to Article Eleven of the


Code of Public Local Laws, title "Frederick County,"


sub-title "Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks," to follow


section 311, and to be known as sections 311 A, 311 B,


311 C, 311 D, 311 E, 311 F, 311 G and 311 H, relating to


the sale of spirituous and fermented liquors and lager


beer in said Frederick County, and imposing penalties for


the violation of said sections.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That the following sections be and they are

sum of twenty dollars in addition to the price now fixed by


article fifty -six; of the Code of Public General Laws for an
