CHAPTER 192.


AN ACT to refund to William A. Lyon, collector of taxes


in the seventh election district of St. Mary's County, a


sum of money erroneously paid by him into the treasury


of the State.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

sixty-one dollars and seventy-three cents, the same being

dred and eighty-eight, eighteen hundred and eighty-nine,


and eighteen hundred and ninety, the same being recom-


mended by the officers of the treasury department.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect


from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 193.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section


two hundred and fourteen of artcle twelve of the Code


of Public Local Laws, title " Garrett County," sub-title


" Sheep."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

SEC. 214. It shall be lawful to kill any dog seen running
