and the entire cost of the construction and maintenance of

the roads, and bridges in any districts and a proportionate
|
|
|
|
share of the joint bridges between said district, and adjoin-
|
|
|
|
ing districts under the provisions of this act, including the
|
|
|
|
per diem of the road commissioners for said district, shall
|
|
|
|
be paid out of the special tax levied on and collected in
|
|
|
|
said district and no part thereof shall be paid by the County
|
|
|
|
Commissioners out of the levy for county purposes ; the

County Treasurer shall make the regular payments on

SEC. 144. Nothing in this act shall be construed to im-

pair or abridge the general control over the property owned ,

specifically provided, or their power to re-survey and mark
|

and bound the public roads in said county and to lay out

of disagreement in reference to the duties of said road com-
|
|
|
|
misssioners or appeal from any order or decision made by
|
|
|
|
them, the County Commissioners shall be the judges of
|
|
|
|
what is right and their decision shall be final.

|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all acts or parts of acts
|
|
|
|
inconsistent with the provisions of this act except chapter
|
Repealed.

|
508 of the laws of 1890 be, and the same are hereby repealed,
|
|
|
|
and that this act shall take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to add an additional section to article 4 of the

Public Local Laws, title " City of Baltimore," to be

known as section 806 A. Providing for the payment of

money into court under condemnation proceedings in
|
|
|
|
certain cases.

|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
|
Maryland, That whenever any property shall have been
|
