LAWS OF MARYLAND.

Shall not

CHAPTER 132.


AN ACT to repeal chapter six hundred and eighteen of


the acts of eighteen hundred and ninety, title " Justice


of the Peace," sub-title ''Criminal Jurisdiction," so far


as it applies to Talbot County.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Repealed.

Maryland, That chapter six hundred and eighteen of the
acts of eighteen hundred and ninety, be and the same is


hereby repealed so far as it applies to Talbot County.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect


from the date of its passage.
