pleasure of said town at any time after five years from their


date, and said town shall have the like powers to levy a tax

redemption of said bonds, as are given by said act. of 1890

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the mayor and council-


men of Frostburg, at the next regular election of officers of


said town, after the passage of this act shall submit to the

said bonds shall be issued as hereinbefore directed, and at

of the time, place and object of said election it shall be the


duty of said mayor and couucilmen to give notice of the sub-


mission of said question to the voters and they shall cause


section one and two of this act to be published in some


newspaper printed in said town at least ten days before


said election.


SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That on and after the first
