ments so as to read as follows :

It shall not be lawful for any one but citizens and resi-
|
|
|
|
dents of Talbot County at any time to take or catch fish in
|
|
|
|
the waters of Talbot County. Provided that nothing con-
|

tained in this section shall prohibit residents of Dorchester

and Talbot counties from using the waters of the great

Choptank River in common for taking or catching fish, or

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall not be lawful for

any one but citizens and residents of Talbot County to take

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That it shall not be lawful for

and every offense be fined the sum of twenty -five dollars,
|
|
|
|
and stand committed to the county jail until fine and costs
|
|
|
|
are paid.

|
|
|
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
|
