CHAPTER 11.


AN ACT to provide tor the appointment of two Notaries


Public to reside in Cockeysville in the Eighth Election


District of Baltimore County.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That the Governor of this State be and he is


hereby authorized to appoint, in the manner provided by law


for the appointment of Notaries Public, two Notaries Public

Notaries

to reside in Cockeysville in the Eighth Election District of

Public.

Baltimore County.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

CHAPTER 12.


AN ACT to repeal section 95 of article 33 of the Code of


Public General Laws, title "Elections," sub -title "Con-


tested Elections," and re-enact the same with amend-


ments, and to insert an additional section in said article


33 to follow after section 95, to be known as 95 A, to


further regulate the trial of contested elections in the


Courts of this State.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That section 95 of article 33, of the Code of Pub-


lic General Laws, be and the same is hereby repealed and

95. Each Judge of the Circuit Court, or the Superior
