CHAPTER 75.

AN ACT to authorize and empower the Governor to appoint

an additional justice of the peace in election district num-

ber twelve in Frederick County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
|
Maryland, That the Governor be and he is hereby author-
|

erick County, in addition to those now required by existing

laws to be appointed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 76.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay William H.

Ford, late collector of State taxes in Kent County, the

amount overpaid by him into the State Treasury.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
|
Maryland, That the Comptroler be and he is hereby author-
|

ized and directed to issue his warrant upon the Treasurer to
|

pay to William H. Ford, of Kent County, the sum of four
|

dollars and nineteen cents, being the amount overpaid by

said William. H. Ford into the said treasury as collector of
|
|

State taxes for the first election district of Kent County for
|
|
|
|
the year eighteen hundred and eighty -nine as certified to
|
|
|
|
by the Comptroller of this State.

|
|
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

AN ACT to empower the State's attorney for Baltimore

County, upon order of the Circuit Court for Baltimore

County, to file a criminal information and to regulate the

proceedings thereunder.

|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted , by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
Maryland, That all the offenses committed within the limits
|
|
|
|
|
