than fifteen days before the same there shall be drawn from the

SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this act shall' take effect from

CHAPTER 6.

AN ACT for the better protection of the morals and health of
|
|
|

minors.

|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
|
|
|
|
That no person engaged in performing upon any musical instru-
|
|
|
|
|
ment in, upon or near to any street, lane, alley or highway, or en-
|
|
|
|
|
gaged in selling, vending or disposing of any goods, wares or
|
|
|
|
|
merchandise in, upon or near to any street, lane, alley or high-
|
|
|
|

|

AN ACT to authorize the county commissioners of Charles

county to appropriate a sufficient sum of money to pay the
|
|
|
|
|
balance due on expenditures for public road purposes for the
|
|
|
|
|
calendar year eighteen hundred and eighty-nine.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
|
|
|
|
That the county commissioners of Charles county be and they
|
|
|
|
|
are hereby directed and ordered to levy upon the taxable property
|
|
|
|

of said county or to pay out of any funds they may have on hand
