CHAPTEE 4.


AN ACT to repeal sections three hundred and thirteen, three


hundred and fourteen, three hundred and fifteen, three hun-


dred and sixteen, three hundred and seventeen and three hun-


dred and eighteen, of article eight, of the Code of Public


Local Laws, title "Cecil county," sub-title "Roads."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

CHAPTEE 5.


AN ACT to repeal section sixty-four, of article eleven, of the


Code of Public Local Laws, title "Frederick county," sub-


title "Circuit Court," and to re-enact the same with amend-


ments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That section sixty-four, of article eleven, of the Code of Public


Local Laws, title "Frederick county," sub-title "Circuit Court,"

be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read


as follows :


64. The circuit court for Frederick county shall hold four


terms of court for common law proceedings, commencing re-


spectively on the first Monday in February, the second Monday in


May, the third Monday in August and the second Monday in

December in each and every year, to which terms in February


and August both grand and petit jurors shall be summoned, and


to which December term petit jurors only shall be summoned,


and to which May term no jurors shall be summoned, the trial


term of said court for the cases depending therein upon issues of


facts to be tried by a jury, shall be the term to which jurors


shall be summoned next succeeding the terms to which original

process may be returnable; and the drawing of jurors for the


jury terms aforesaid, shall be in all respects as now prescribed by
