CHAPTER 95.


AN ACT to repeal section thirty-five, of article twenty-six, of the


Code of Public General Laws, title "Courts," sub-title "Court


of Appeals," relating to the compensation of the crier of the


court of appeals and the sheriff appointed to attend said court,


and to re-enact the same with amendments, defining the duties


and fixing the salary of the crier of said court of appeals and


the compensation of the sheriff appointed to attend said court.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
