AN ACT to repeal section four hundred and six, of article twenty-


seven, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the State


penitentiary, and to re-enact the same with amendments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

employment of the convicts in the penitentiary and for the sale
