SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the inhabitants of said new


election district number twelve, shall be entitled in all respects

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the clerk of the circuit court


for Garrett county shall furnish proper books for registration


such as may be required by law to be delivered to the register of
voters for said new district number twelve, and the said clerk

under the seal of his office, of all persons appearing on the regis-


tration lists of said districts number one, three, four and five,


and the said register of voters for said new district number


twelve, shall transcribe from said list of voters and enter in


alphabetical order in the said new registration book or books the

names of all voters living within the limits of and entitled to


vote in said new district number twelve, and likewise to register


therein the names of all persons who shall become entitled to vote


in said district according to the laws of this State.


SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the officers of registration for


districts number one, three, four and five, when at their regular
