SECTION 1. And be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

and its tributaries, within the jurisdictional limits of Queen

Anne's county, be and the same are hereby repealed, and the fol-

SEC. 171 A. That it shall be lawful for bona fide residents of

all seasons of the year; provided, that the owner or possessor of

any boat known or used as a seine boat, before using the same for

such purpose shall first obtain from the clerk of the circuit court

for Queen Anne's county a license to that effect, for which he

shall pay a license fee of eight dollars; and, provided, that the

owner of any boat used in taking, catching or capturing fish by

means of a fyke, pound-net, gill-net or other contrivance of that
