CHAPTER 527.


AN ACT for the incorporation of the Baltimore cactus society


of Baltimore city.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Maryland,

hereby declared to be and incorporated a community, corporation


and body politic by name, style and title of the "Baltimore cactus


society."

SEC. 2. The object and purpose of this corporation to be the


introduction and cultivation of, and the disseminating of knowl-


edge upon cactaceous plants.


SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the said corporation and its


successors, by the name style and title aforesaid, shall be forever
