CHAPTER 51 7.


AN ACT to enable the qualified voters of Kent county to deter-


mine by ballot whether spirituous or fermented liquors shall


not be sold in said county or shall be sold only as hereinafter


provided, and to repeal all acts inconsistent herewith.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Maryland,


That article fifteen, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Kent


county," sub-title "Liquors and intoxicating drinks," shall not

remain in force on and after the first day of June, eighteen hun-


dred and ninety, and that all acts or parts of acts inconsistent


with the provisions of this act shall be repealed after said last


mentioned date; provided, however, that this act shall not be con-


strued to repeal said article fifteen, of the Code of Public Local
