Meyerdick and others to " The trustees of the memorial metho-


dist church of Baltimore city," a religious corporation, of a cer-


tain lot of ground in fee, about sixty-seven by one hundred feet


at the northwest corner of the Frederick turnpike road and Mount


Olivet road, described in a deed dated twenty-eighth January,


eighteen hundred and ninety, from said Martin Meyerdick and


others to the said corporation; also to the grants by Erastus Mit-


tan and Jane Mittan, jointly and severally to " The trustees of the


methodist episcopal church of the Strawbridge station, in the city


of Baltimore, (a religious corporation,) of a lot of ground in said


city, on the southeast side of Park avenue, at the corner of Wil-


son street, fronting seventy-seven feet on Park avenue, with a


depth of One hundred and thirty feet, fully described in a deed


from said Erastus and Jane Mittan to said corporation, dated


twenty-third June, eighteen hundred and eighty-one; also to the

grant and assignment by Carrie J. Heath and Elisha Heath to the


trustees of the methodist episcopal church of the Fayette street


station, in the city of Baltimore, of the leasehold interest in a


lot of ground situate in Baltimore city, on the north side of


Hollins street, described in an indenture of sub-lease from one


Edward A. Mans to Francis W. Heath, trustee, dated nineteenth


June, eighteen hundred and seventy-nine; also to the grant to and


acquisition by the trustees of the Catonsville station of the metho-


dist episcopal church of Baltimore county, State of Maryland, of


a certain lot of ground containing about one acre in the village of


Catonsville, in Baltimore county, and fully described in a deed


from Rebecca Somerville to Richard Herbert and others, dated


twenty-ninth April, eighteen hundred and fifty-six; also to the


grant by Bessie Juliet Kibby and John P. Franklin, trustee, to the


book depository of the Baltimore annual conference of the metho-


dist episcopal church of Baltimore city, (a corporation,) of two


contiguous lots of ground on the north side of Baltimore street,


in the city aforesaid, fronting forty feet on Baltimore street, with


a depth of one hundred feet, fully described in the deed from the


said Bessie Juliet Kibby, et al., to the said corporation, dated the


twenty-ninth June, eighteen hundred and eighty-nine.


Approved April 8, 1890.


CHAPTER 394.


AN ACT to repeal section two, of article forty-five, of the Code


of Public General Laws, entitled "Husband and Wife," and to


substitute the following in lieu thereof.
