SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
|
|

That a new section be added to article twenty-four, of the Code

sub-title " Liquors and intoxicating drinks," to follow section one
|
|
|

hundred and thirty-five, and to be known as " Section one hun-

his or her own right real estate of the assessed value of one hun-

dred and fifty dollars clear of incumbrances shall not be eligible

CHAPTER 382. .
|
|
|
|
AN ACT to provide for deferring the advertisement and sale of
|
|
|
|
real estate in Prince George's county in default of payment of
|
|
|
|
taxes levied in the month of March, eighteen hundred and
|
|
|
|
ninety.
|
|
|
|
WHEREAS, section one hundred and sixteen B, of article seven-
|
|
|

|
teen, of "the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince George's
|
|
|
|
county," sub-title "County Treasurer," approved on the twenty-
|
|
|
|
first day of March, eighteen hundred and ninety, requires the
|
|
|
|
county treasurer of that county on the second Monday of January
|
|
|
|
in each year, to make up and publish a list of all taxes in default
|
|
|
|
