CHAPTER 376.


AN ACT to prohibit the taking or catching of fish with traps,


nets or haul seines, in waters known as " St. Catherine's sound."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That it shall not be lawful to set fish, traps or nets, or haul any

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any one violating the provisions


of the preceding section of this act, shall be subject to be arrested


by any officer authorized to make arrests in criminal cases in said


county with a warrant, or if apprehended by such officer in the
