CHAPTER 371.


AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the claim of Mc-


Dowell & Co., of Baltimore city.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That the comptroller of the treasury be and he is hereby author-

AN ACT to enable the qualified voters of the several election dis-


tricts of Worcester county to determine by ballot whether ar-


ticle twenty-four, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-


land, title " Worcester county," sub-title " Fences," shall apply


and be in force in said election districts of said county.


SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

four, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Wor-


cester county," sub- title "Fences," shall apply and be in force,

next ensuing election for representatives in congress of the United
