That the waters of Dickinson's bay and Reed's creek in Talbot

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall not be lawful to place

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That any person or persons vio

the peace, shall pay a fine of ten dollars for each and every

offense, and on failure to pay said fine, shall he lodged in jail

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That one-half of said fine collected
|
|
|

under the provisions of this act, shall be paid by the justice of
|
|
|

which said violation occurred.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from

AN" ACT to repeal sections seven, eight, nine, ten, thirteen, four-

eight, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Cecil County,
|
|
|
|
sub-title "Almshouse," and to re-enact the same with amend-"
|
|
|
|
ments.

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland
|
|
|
|
That sections seven, eight, nine, ten, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen
|
|
|
|
sixteen, twenty-one and twenty-three, of article eight, of the
|
|
|
Repeal.
|
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Cecil County," sub-title "Alms
|
|
|
|
house," be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted so as
|
|
|
|
to read as follows :
|
|
|
|
SEC. 7. On the second Tuesday in February, eighteen hundred,
|
|
|
|
and ninety, the county commissioners of Cecil county shall ap-
|
|
|
|
point three discreet and competent persons, residents of said
|
|
|
|
county, not more than two of whom, shall be adherents of the
|
|
|
